New Japanese restaurant with solo dining booths opens in Calgary
A popular Japanese restaurant is opening a new location in Calgary with a pretty exciting new feature for all those introverts and solo diners.
Globefish Sushi & Izakaya is taking a huge step, opening its newest location in the city in the Seton neighbourhood. The Seton outpost is currently in its soft opening stage.
The bright and airy space, surrounded by large windows, offers a relaxed and comfortable spot to eat.

The new Seton outpost features a unique bar set up with solo dining booths, perfect for slurping on a bowl of authentic ramen with no interruptions. So basically, any introvert’s dream.
Globefish offers a wide range of Japanese fare, including sushi and sashimi, ramen, yakitori, and kushiyaki. It also has a selection of gluten-free tempura and sushi rolls.
As well as the new Seton spot, Globefish also has locations in Chinook and Kensington.
