Alberta gas prices to see a BIG drop at the pump tomorrow
It’s welcome news to your wallet if you’re a driver in Alberta, as a gas price analysis service forecasts a significant drop in prices soon.
It’s been a bit of a price roller coaster this week with Gas Wizard predicting a slight jump at the pump yesterday in Alberta, but it’s now forecasting that prices will plummet by approximately 10 cents per litre to sit at $1.249 in Calgary and eight cents per litre to sit at $1.259 in Edmonton on Thursday, June 5.
The price of premium fuel is also set to decrease by 10 cents per litre in Calgary and eight cents per litre in Edmonton, while diesel prices are forecast to drop by four cents per litre in YYC and three cents per litre in YEG, respectively.

Alberta still has some of the lowest gas prices in Canada, only being rivalled by some spots throughout Ontario. Things certainly could be worse, with the highest prices currently being found in Victoria at $1.71 and Vancouver at $1.63.
So text your friends and call your parents to let them know to grab some gas tomorrow when the prices are set to decrease.
