Free House YYC is opening its doors in Kensington January 13

New local food and beer hall Free House is officially opening its doors in Calgary this afternoon.

The 1153 Kensington Crescent NW eatery took over the space from Prohibition Freehouse, which had been operating at the Kensington address since 2018.

Free House offers patrons a casual atmosphere with a great selection of beer (24 rotating taps) along with a menu that “focuses on North American Cuisine​.”

In addition to beer and daily grub, diners here can enjoy a brunch menu, a wine list, and specials and deals for every day of the week.
