Japanese-style restaurant NUPO to open in Calgary January 15

New Japanese-style restaurant NUPO is officially opening next week, just a few days before the space’s hidden second concept, EIGHT.

Located in Calgary’s East Village at 631 Confluence Way SE (Alt Hotel), NUPO promises diners an array of plant-forward creations alongside dry-aged sushi.

NUPO will also offer patrons an Omakase Sushi Experience, available by reservation only. This feast features 12 courses of handcrafted single piece sushi.

In addition to the food, folks can enjoy artisanal cocktails, sake, wine, and Japanese teas.

The new spot opens on January 15, you can make reservations for dinner service from Sunday to Thursday from 4 to 10 pm and Friday and Saturday from 4 pm to midnight.
