Four teens bear spray Calgary Telus store, steal cell phones

The Calgary Police Service is hoping to identify four male youth who allegedly bear sprayed a Telus cell phone retailer in Calgary.

A release from CPS states that the four teens entered the 11728 Sarcee Trail NW Telus store at around 2 pm on Monday, bear sprayed a number of customers and staff, and then stole multiple cell phones from a safe.

One of the suspects fled through the back of the store, while the other three left through the front.

The release describes the suspects as all being around 6’2″ to 6’3″, around 150 to 160 lb, with lean builds.

They were wearing blue jeans, black sunglasses, black hoodies, face masks, and gloves.

The release notes that it is believed that they got into a light green or beige SUV to flee the location.

Anyone with information on the incident, or who may have cell phone footage of what happened, is asked to contact the Calgary Police Service’s non-emergency number at 403-266-1234.
