Canada’s oldest national park just got a delicious new addition to its dining scene.

Farm & Fire soft opened last week, and now, the restaurant is fully operating and welcoming guests to experience its wood-fired, slow-roasted craft kitchen grub.

Located at the Elk + Avenue Hotel on Banff Avenue, the new concept by Pursuit offers patrons dishes made with local ingredients for lunch and dinner.

Farm & Fire’s menu was designed by Chef Scott Hergott.

It has a handful of flatbreads, large plates, and sides alongside a drink program full of local beer and spirits up for order.

The restaurant also features a Forno pizza oven, a rotisserie imported from France, and an urban cultivator.

Designed by Calgary’s Frank Architecture, the stunning space has plenty of room for Farm & Fire’s rigorous cleaning, physical distancing, and training protocols.
