Inside Banff's new restaurant "Farm & Fire" (PHOTOS)

Canada’s oldest national park just got a delicious new addition to its dining scene.
Farm & Fire soft opened last week, and now, the restaurant is fully operating and welcoming guests to experience its wood-fired, slow-roasted craft kitchen grub.
Located at the Elk + Avenue Hotel on Banff Avenue, the new concept by Pursuit offers patrons dishes made with local ingredients for lunch and dinner.

Farm & Fire’s menu was designed by Chef Scott Hergott.
It has a handful of flatbreads, large plates, and sides alongside a drink program full of local beer and spirits up for order.

The restaurant also features a Forno pizza oven, a rotisserie imported from France, and an urban cultivator.
Designed by Calgary’s Frank Architecture, the stunning space has plenty of room for Farm & Fire’s rigorous cleaning, physical distancing, and training protocols.

Farm & Fire is open for lunch from 11:30 am to 2 pm and dinner from 5 to 9 pm.
Folks can find the bar open from 3 pm until close, and the eatery’s takeout option is available from 5 to 9 pm daily.
