From charming inner-city streets to scenic spots tucked away out of downtown, here are seven Calgary neighbourhoods you have to explore this fall.
Inglewood

If you’re looking for a fall afternoon filled with colourful leaves, historic streets, and lots to explore, Inglewood is a great place to check out. You can wander along the historic main street, bouncing between stores, cafes and boutiques, or take a stroll through the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary for a taste of fall nature.

Spending a crisp fall day in Bowness is one of the best spots in the city. You can head over to Bowness Park for a walk around the lagoon and through the changing trees, then explore the surrounding neighbourhood for a slower-paced afternoon away from downtown.

If you’re looking for a fall stroll with some of Calgary’s nicest downtown views, Eau Clair is a great place to explore. You can wander along the Bow River pathways or pop on over to Prince’s Island Park and watch as the leaves change colour. It’s a great spot to enjoy a crisp fall day.
Marda Loop
Marda Loop is a great spot to spend a fall afternoon wandering around southwest Calgary. You can stroll along the streets, pop into the local shops and boutiques, and take in the changing leaves throughout the neighbourhood. This is an easy spot to explore when you want a little bit of shopping, scenery and city energy.
Bridgeland
