This is the last week that Cirque du Soleil's LUZIA will be in town

You’ve only got a few days left to catch Cirque du Soleil in Calgary.

LUZIA is a Mexican-themed show and promises to bring audiences “to an imaginary Mexico, like in a waking dream.” The name is a combination of two Spanish words: “luz” for light and “lluvia” for rain.

The last time Cirque du Soleil was in Calgary was in 2015 with their show Kurios, and their last performance of LUZIA will wrap up this Sunday, September 22.

At the show, there are acrobats swinging and leaping, performing unbelievable feats, with some performances that feature water, adding “a level of acrobatic complexity never-before-seen” to the show.
