This Christmas is expected to be a chilly one out here in YYC.
While temperatures are currently sitting at a (relatively) warm 3°C, this weekend will see the gauges plummet before heading into next week, and December 25 is looking to be the coldest yet.

The holly-est jolly-est day of the year will see a high of -5°C during the day before dropping down to -14°C at night.
Similar conditions will be seen on both Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, and unfortunately, the 30% chance of snow that was forecasted for Christmas day earlier this week has been replaced by a call for cloudy skies.
Well, we’re sure more snow than we can handle is on its way in the new year — this is Calgary, after all!
