After a stunning turnout of over 35,000 attendees for their fifth annual event this year, Chasing Summer Music Festival has decided to keep things rolling into 2018.
It has been only one month since Max Bell Centre Festival Grounds were filled with festival-goers for the outdoor EDM festival, and Chasing Summer has already announced its dates for next year: August 4 and 5.
This gives would-be attendees nearly a year to get excited about potential headliners, and full event details will become available in spring of 2018.

This should come as good news for festival fans, given the recent trend of music festivals calling it quits—between BC’s Pemberton Music Festival going bankrupt and Ontario’s WayHome Music & Arts Festival taking a break for 2018, awesome, music-filled summer weekends are becoming few and far between.
This year’s festival was headlined by popular performers Tiësto and Zedd, and past year’s festivals have featured acts such as The Chainsmokers, Martin Garrix, Above & Beyond, and Kaskade, so 2018’s line-up has a lot to live up to.
Given their track record, it should be safe to say Chasing Summer will not disappoint in their sixth year.
