Winter is here!

Or at least it seriously feels like it. Although the first official day of the Starks’ favourite season is not for another month or so, no one thought to remind Mother Nature before she covered Calgary in a snowy blanket.

Go figure.

With the snow comes opportunity, however, as Calgary’s own Canada Olympic Park has recently opened its ski hill for would-be riders.

While the slippery slope is a major draw for skiers and snowboarders, it isn’t the only activity offered by the hill that hosted the 1988 winter olympics.
