Photographers can snap zoo animals at their finest with exclusive access
If you love animals and photography, this one is for you.
The Calgary Zoo’s FOCUSED photography event allows shutterbugs exclusive access to the outdoor portion of the Eurasia exhibit, before opening to the public for the day.
This is your chance to snap some pictures of the animals and the zoo grounds in the morning light without other guests ending up in the frame.

The Calgary Zoo’s animal care team will be creating some special enrichment and feeding opportunities just for FOCUSED photographers, so don’t forget to charge your camera batteries and bring an extra memory card!

The winter edition of FOCUSED will be on February 21 from 9 to 11 am, and photographers of all skill levels (aged 16+) are welcome.
