Calgary's Locked Library escape room goes virtual for Valentine's Day

Feb 5 2021, 12:12 am

The Calgary Public Library Foundation’s Locked Library escape room has returned for Valentine’s Day, and this time it’s virtual.

The details surrounding this top secret mission are so secret that the library isn’t giving anything away until players have their Access Pass for the game.

All we can tell you is that this online escape room requires you to become a secret agent, and players have from noon until 11:59 pm on February 14 to complete puzzle challenges and escape successfully.

An Access Pass can be purchased for $42, which allows you to play the game on one screen. Have your household playing along with you, or let friends join in through video chat and solve the case together.

If players from multiple households want a more hands-on approach to the game, they can each purchase an Access Pass to view the game on their own screens, and still play along as a team over video chat.

The game will take approximately two hours to complete, and it’s all online, so as long as you have a computer or tablet and internet access, you’re good to go!

Locked Library: Secret Agent is perfect for a Valentine’s Day date or Family Day Weekend activity while staying cozy at home this month.
