9 of the hottest workouts to check out in Calgary in 2020

Jan 24 2020, 11:43 pm

In a city where the temperature is as indecisive as your ex and daylight hours can be minimal, it’s hard to rely on the weather to dictate your current fitness routine, let alone work up the motivation to trek out to the gym.

This is why, with a brand-new decade upon us, we are turning to group fitness options and boutique workout studios to crank the music and propel us to be stronger as we put our fitness levels to the test.

From barre studios and boxing gyms, to HIIT, Yoga, and spin classes, Calgary is a hot spot for workout classes that guarantee a fun, challenging sweat in less than 60 minutes.

Let’s make 2020 the year we truly slay those New Year’s goals as we take an hour or two each day to unwind, unplug, and take care of our physical and mental health with a good ol’ muscle burn.
