The 2020 Calgary Stampede may have been cancelled, but that didn’t stop thousands of Calgarians from enjoying a fireworks show on what would have been the first day of festivities.
The Calgary Stampede decided to put on fireworks displays on July 3 and 12, marking what would have been the start and end of this year’s Greatest Outdoor Show On Earth.
Calgarians from around the city stepped onto balconies, rooftops, and front lawns to catch a view of the stunning display, and more than a few snapped some photos to capture the dazzling moment.
