The 34 communities Calgary Police will have photo radar in this June (MAP)

The Calgary Police Service has released the June 2019 list of locations where photo radar will be enforced.

In a release, CPS wrote:

“In response to community needs identified through statistical analysis, collisions, and citizen concerns, mobile photo radar will be set up on Crowchild Trail, Deerfoot Trail, Glenmore Trail, and Macleod Trail.”

In addition to the previously mentioned roads, here is a list of communities where the Calgary Police will focus their traffic control:

  • Crescent Heights
  • East Village
  • Edgemont
  • Elboya
  • Falconridge
  • Forest Lawn
  • Glamorgan
  • Glenbrook
  • Hidden Valley
  • Highwood
  • Hillhurst
  • Huntington Hills
  • Killarney/Glengarry
  • Lakeview
  • Marlborough (Park)
  • Montgomery
  • Mount Pleasant
  • Ogden
  • Patterson
  • Rundle
  • Saddle Ridge
  • Skyview Ranch
  • Southview
  • Springbank Hill
  • Strathcona
  • Sunnyside
  • Upper Mount Royal
  • West Hillhurst
  • West Springs
  • Winston Heights/Mountview

There are also 51 intersection safety cameras set up throughout the city to catch anyone running a red, as seen on the map below.
