These five Calgary neighbourhoods are the most in demand right now

The housing market in Calgary is set to be strong this year, and it seems that some neighbourhoods are even more sought after than others.
According to the digital real estate platform Wahi, several neighbourhoods in the city have some homes flying off the market, resulting in a short lifespan for active listings.
When looking at all home sales across Calgary in February, these five neighbourhoods saw an average of days on the market fall below two weeks. How impressive!
The fastest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary in February with at least five sales were:
- Ranchlands, with an average days on the market sitting at 12
- Sundance, with an average days on the market sitting at 12
- Point McKay, with an average days on the market sitting at 12
- Glendale, with an average days on the market sitting at 12
- Millrise, with an average days on the market sitting at 10
Out of those five neighbourhoods, Ranchlands had the lowest median sold price at $513,030, while the community of Glendale led the pack with a median sold price of $821,000.
