Where to cast your vote in the 2025 Calgary municipal election
Calgary voters are heading to the polls this October for the 2025 municipal election. The election will decide the city’s next mayor, councillors, Calgary Board of Education trustees, and Calgary Roman Catholic Separate School Division trustees.
Advanced voting runs from Oct. 6 to 11 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Election Day voting will take place on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

During the advanced voting period from Oct. 6 to 11, 2025, Calgarians can cast their ballots at any of the following locations:

Advanced voting will also be available at 58 care facilities, five shelters, four hospitals, the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, the University of Calgary, Mount Royal University, and three community partner locations across the city on select dates.
Calgary Election Day Voting 2025
On Oct. 20, voters must place their vote at the polling station assigned to their ward. Calgary is divided into 14 wards, each represented by one city councillor. Your ward is determined by your home address.
