These are the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary right now

An August real estate report just revealed the most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, and they all have median sold prices over $1 million.
The digital real estate platform Wahi released its monthly housing report showing which five Calgary neighbourhoods with at least five sales had the highest and lowest median sold prices in August 2026.
Here are the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary with at least five sales as of August 2026:
- Elbow Park, with a median sold price of $2,125,000
- Willow Park, with a median sold price of $1,375,000
- Parkhill, with a median sold price of $1,327,500
- Altadore, with a median sold price of $1,158,000
- Killarney/Glengarry, with a median sold price of $1,080,000
Elbow Park is in the top spot on the list with a median sold price of $2,125,000. In July, Altadore was the most expensive neighbourhood with a median sold price of just $1,259,500.
On the other hand, Wahi also revealed the least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, with each having median sold prices under $310,000
Here are the five least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary with at least five sales as of August 2026:
- Haysboro, with a median sold price of $260,000
- Beltline, with a median sold price of $285,000
- Glamorgan, with a median sold price of $295,000
- Braeside, with a median sold price of $298,000
- Mission, with a median sold price of $305,000
Haysboro led the pack with a median sold price of $260,000. The month prior, Bankview was the least expensive neighbourhood with a median sold price of $219,300.
