These are the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary right now
A July real estate report just revealed the most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, and three of them have median sold prices of over $1 million.
The digital real estate platform Wahi released its monthly housing report showing which five Calgary neighbourhoods with at least five sales had the highest and lowest median sold prices in July 2026.
Here are the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of July 2026:
- Altadore, with a median sold price of $1,259,500
- West Hillhurst, with a median sold price of $1,250,000
- Springbank Hill, with a median sold price of $1,200,000
- Richmond, with a median sold price of $940,000
- Wildwood, with a median sold price of $935,000
Altadore took the top spot on the list with a median sold price of $1,259,500; it was also the fastest-selling neighbourhood on the list with homes flying off the market in an average of 23 days.

On the other end of the scale, Wahi also revealed the least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, each with a median sold price below $300,000.
Here are the five least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of July 2026:
- Bankview, with a median sold price of $219,300
- Lincoln Park, with a median sold price of $231,500
- Greenview, with a median sold price of $275,000
- Lower Mount Royal, with a median sold price of $276,250
- Belvedere, with a median sold price of $280,000
Bankview took home the title of least expensive YYC neighbourhood in July, with a median sold price of $219,300, over $1 million cheaper than Altadore.
