This year’s Calgary Home + Design Show offers a slew of entertaining activities including everything from renovation overhaul to creative DIY do-overs.

Taking place from September 22 to 25, the event is where big ideas, trusted advice, and fresh inspiration unite, complete with more than 350 trusted brands and local companies. Speaking of brands, you’ll want to make sure you don’t miss out on any of them when touring this year’s Calgary Home + Design Show.

Fall Flower Market presented by Amborella Floral Studio

With autumn’s chill in the air, bring a little natural warmth and beauty into the home with a bouquet of seasonal blooms. Presented by YYC Food Trucks, the Food Truck Eatery brings you Calgary’s best grub to grab and go. Chow down on the best driving diners like Fiasco Gelato, Canadian Beaver Balls, The Dumpling Hero, Happy Fish Truck, Taiko Taco & Bangers Xpress. Your only challenge will be which one to try first!

Ultimate Upcycle Challenge: DIY Runway

Bring Calgary’s best style off the streets and into your home! DIY Runway is your chance to bid on hand-crafted, repurposed pieces created by Calgary’s top style influencers and tastemakers. Ten local fashion bloggers, stylists, designers, and boutique owners will draw inspiration from a favourite item in their own closet to repurpose a pre-loved home decor piece from ReStore Calgary using a curated box of goods from Rust-Oleum Consumer Brands Canada®. Design Lab designed by Bow Valley College

Lighten up! Design students from Bow Valley College will vie for a $1,000 scholarship by showcasing the power of lighting: how it can affect colour, mood and design elements. Step into the light and draw inspiration for your own home as students guide you through the cutting-edge exhibit. Get in on the action yourself with interactive light features and games.
