Spring Bliss 2024

Happening on Sunday, 5 May 2024 at carya Village Commons in the East Village is a free wellness festival for all ages, where arts and culture meet health! We're open to the public from 10:00 AM-2:30 PM.

We have art therapy activities, arts exercises, artistic performances, an Art for Social Change project, and artists to admire.

You'll find researchers with games and activities to help explain their work, in support of brain health. There are research projects, health professionals, and lots of smart leaders in mental health, ready to help you get a sense of your well-being!

Get curious and ask yourself, what does mental health mean to me? And then get surprised when you see who's in the space!
