These are the seven most sought-after neighbourhoods in Calgary

If you’re looking for a home in Calgary, you might want to act fast. Homes in some neighbourhoods are barely managing to hit the market before they are snatched up.
According to the digital real estate platform Wahi, several neighbourhoods in the city have houses that are flying off the market faster than others.
Here are the top seven fastest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary for July:
- Deer Run, with an average of 12 days on the market
- Garrison Woods, with an average of 14 days on the market
- Silver Springs, with an average of 17 days on the market
- Falcon Ridge, with an average of 19 days on the market
- Albert Park/Radisson Heights, with an average of 19 days on the market
- Riverbend, with an average of 19 days on the market
- Hawkswood, with an average of 19 days on the market
Falcon Ridge saw the lowest median sold price of the month, sitting at $401,250, while Silver Springs saw the highest median sold price of $778,000.

Eau Claire had the slowest pace in July, with homes spending an average of 99 days on the market. Pine Creek followed at 73 days and Livingstone at 63. Eau Claire also topped the list in June, with an average of 109 days on the market.
