These are the 10 most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary right now

A July real estate report has revealed the most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, and only three topped the $1,000,000 mark.Ā
According to the digital real estate platform Wahiās July report, only a few neighbourhoods in the city recorded median sold prices above the $1,000,000 mark this month.
Here are the 10 most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary right now;Ā
- Elbow Park with a median sold price of $1,655,000
- Lake Bonavista with a median sold price of $1,136,950
- Altadore with a median sold price of $1,100,000
- Killarney/Glengarry with a median sold price of $960,000
- Strathcona Park with a median sold price of $938,800
- Hamptons with a median sold price of $925,000
- Rosscarock with a median sold price of $892,500
- West Hillhurst with a median sold price of $885,000
- Mount Pleasant with a median sold price of $877,500
- Ramsay with a median sold price of $865,000
While Elbow Park takes the top of the list, it is no comparison to the month of June, where Upper Mount Royal was the most expensive neighbourhood with a whopping median sold price of $3,625,000.

Lake Bonavista saw the largest change in year-to-year price changes with a 31 per cent increase, while West Hillhurst saw a change of negative 25 per cent.
Sunalta was the leader of the least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary with a median sold price of $194,300. The neighbourhood of Red Carpet followed suit, along with Downtown East Village, Lower Mount Royal, and Skyview Ranch, all with median sold prices below $350,000.
