These are the five fastest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary right now

If you’re on the hunt for a home in Calgary, you may want to act fast, as a new real estate report just revealed that some neighbourhoods are seeing homes sell in under three weeks.
Digital real estate platform Wahi just released its August 2026 report on the fastest and slowest-selling neighbourhoods in the city with at least five sales.
Here are the five fastest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary as of August 2026:
- Oakridge, with an average of eight days on the market
- Hillhurst, with an average of 15 days on the market
- Garrison Green, with an average of 16 days on the market
- Deer Run, with an average of 16 days on the market
- Willow Park, with an average of 16 days on the market
Oakridge took the top spot on the list with homes taking just over a week to sell. Last month, Country Hills Village came in first place, with homes taking an average of 14 days to sell.

Willow Park was the most expensive neighbourhood on the list, with its median sold price sitting at $1,375,000. On the other hand, Garrison Green was the least expensive, with a median sold price of $390,000.
Wahi also revealed the slowest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary, with some neighbourhoods taking over two months to sell homes.
Here are the five slowest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary as of August 2026:
- Capitol Hill, with an average of 76 days on the market
- Hamptons, with an average of 76 days on the market
- Country Hills Village, with an average of 71 days on the market
- Chinatown, with an average of 71 days on the market
- Beltline, with an average of 70 days on the market
Capitol Hill led the pack, with homes taking an average of 76 days to sell, down from last month, when Downtown Commercial Core took the top spot with homes sitting on the market for 85 days.
Hamptons has the highest median sold price at $827,750, while Country Hills Village was the least expensive, with a median sold price of $310,000.
