The 10 most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary right now

An August real estate report just revealed the most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary right now, and three of them came in with hefty median sold prices of over $1,100,000.
According to the digital real estate platform Wahi’s August report, Willow Park, North Glenmore, and Discovery Ridge are the priciest neighbourhoods in the city right now.

These are the 10 most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of August:
- Willow Park, with a median sold price of $1,307,500
- North Glenmore, with a median sold price of $1,185,000
- Discovery Ridge, with a median sold price of $1,100,000
- Parkdale, with a median sold price of $992,450
- Altadore, with a median sold price of $950,00
- Strathcona Park, with a median sold price of $909,000
- Rutland Park, with a median sold price of $875,000
- Mount Pleasant, with a median sold price of $870,900
- Edgemont, with a median sold price of $855,000
- Richmond, with a median sold price of $847,500
Willow Park is at the top of the list with a median sold price of $1,307,500, coming in lower than last month’s most expensive neighbourhood, where Elbow Park took the lead with a median sold price of $1,655,000.
Parkdale saw a 107 per cent increase in year-over-year median sold price, along with the lowest amount of days on the market, at 20 days.
North Glenmore had a 39 per cent decrease in year-over-year median sold prices, the largest drop among the top neighbourhoods.
Bankview came in as the least expensive neighbourhood in Calgary, with a median sold price of $206,500. Sunalta was second with a median sold price of $237,500. Lower Mount Royal, Belvedere, Skyview Ranch, and Lincoln Park all followed behind, with median sold prices below $310,000.
