A new spot for Cajun-style seafood boils has just opened in Calgary’s South.

Bag O’ Crab has just opened a new Calgary location, at 16061 Macleod Trl. SE, in the spot that was previously home to Rusty’s Roadhouse.

As the name suggests, this spot is all about seafood, with everything from Dungeness crab and lobster to shrimp and crawfish on the menu.

All you need to do is pick your seafood, sauce, and spice level of choice, and it’ll be boiled to perfection and served in the bag. As with any good seafood boil, you’ll be given gloves and a bib so you can be as messy as you’d like.

However, even if you aren’t a seafood lover, there’s plenty more to try, such as Cajun-style wings, grilled beef short ribs, and po’ boys.

Since first opening in California in 2010, Bag O’ Crab has expanded to dozens of locations across the U.S. and Canada. It opened its first location in Calgary at Pacific Place Mall last year.
