An Alberta man is now a millionaire after winning a BIG lottery prize

An Alberta man started off the new year a whole lot richer after winning a big lottery prize at the end of December.
Sukhdeep Gill was driving around Calgary when he decided to stop and check his LOTTO 6/49 ticket and found out he had won!
Gill says he couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw the $1 million prize on the phone app and even had to double-check his winnings to be sure.
He called his wife right away to share the news.
“I said to her, ‘I’m coming back home!’ We’re putting it in the bank and then deciding what to do with it.”
The big lump sum was part of the December 20 LOTTO 6/49 Gold Ball draw.
Gill purchased his $4 winning ticket from 7-Eleven at 10474 Cityscape Drive NE in Calgary, Alberta.
