FEATURED ON THE LISTED GUIDE
Get out your favourite fake blood recipe and select some creepy clothing options, the Vancouver Zombiewalk is coming back on September 10.
The ghoulish stroll around downtown is the city’s largest annualĀ flashmob. Organizers say the Zombiewalk grows larger every year, and costumes continue to get gorier and grosser.
Check out a few examples from last year:

Yuck.
Flashmob Vancouver has a list of rules and recommendations for Zombiewalk participants:
- Don’t be a jerk and vandalize things – there will be police on scene to deal with vandals.
- Put on your best zombie face, since there will be tons of people out taking photos of the spectacle.
- Respect the police.
- Be compassionate towards children – if they seem scared, don’t add to their stress.
- Help clean up afterwards.
The undead will meet at the Vancouver Art Gallery at 3 pm before limping along Robson Street down to Denman and up to English Bay. The terrifying walk itself starts at 4 pm.
Let your hunger for brains consume you this year at Zombiewalk Vancouver.
