New Taiwanese Steamed Bun spot 'Yum Bunnys' opens in Burnaby

A Taiwanese steamed bun restaurant is celebrating its grand opening in Metro Vancouver today, and it’s called Yum Bunnys.

The new Burnaby restaurant, located at 8605 Glenlyon Parkway #3, specializes in Premium Black Buns made with USDA Certified Organic Active Coconut Charcoal, according to its website.

In addition to their signature Active Charcoal Bun in nine different varieties, Yum Bunnys offers patrons hearty Taiwanese rice Bentos and noodles, deep-fried treats like Crispy Yam Puffs and Popcorn Chicken, and fruit smoothies and bubble tea.

Starting today, you can find this new concept open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 8 pm and weekends from 10 am to 8 pm.
