Join Yogathon Vancouver to #RiseForACause

Experience yoga like an outdoor concert, with the sea in the distance and the stunning North Shore Mountains on the horizon at Vancouver’s annual Yogathon.

On August 20, Vancouver will join more than 50 cities worldwide in a mass Yogathon to raise funds for Care for Children, which helps provide education for children in rural India.

Participants will embark on 108 sun salutations, or surya namaskar, an ancient Yogic practice that signifies respect and veneration for the sun.

No experience is necessary – the practice will be guided by some of Vancouver’s leading yoga teachers and experts.

And to keep your inner fire burning during your sun salutations, a DJ will also be carefully curating a playlist of deeply relaxing and energizing tracks.
