Wildfire smoke has Edmonton looking like an apocalyptic ghost town (PHOTOS)

Edmonton looks quite different today due to a thick plume of haze that is covering the city. Many Edmontonians are comparing the orange-tinted landscape to an apocalypse or a scene from Blade Runner 2049.

The eerie skies are actually a result of the wildfire smoke spreading from BC. But the smoke has caused Edmonton to look like a dystopian ghost town. Check out some photos of the city’s haunting landscape.
