British Columbian communities are being ravaged by wildfires, and with over 200 fires burning around the province affecting thousands of residents, there has been an ongoing effort to help and support everyone in need.
To help out, Vancouver-based White Spot is holding a fundraiser day to benefit the BC wildfire relief efforts.
- BC Wildfires: WestJet, Air Canada offering discount flights to evacuees
- BC Wildfires: Here's how you can help with relief efforts
All you have to do is show up and eat.
On Thursday July 13th, $2 from every burger platter sold at all 65 White Spot BC & Alberta restaurants will be donated to Canadian Red Cross.
Odds are you already know the nearest White Spot where you can order up a Legendary Platter (or any of their burger platters), but just in case, you can find the nearest one to you online.
White Spot joins other Canadian businesses like WestJet and Air Canada pitching in to help BC residents whose lives, homes, animals, and businesses are on the line in the face of these fires.
