Mother Nature is dumping snow on Whistler right now (PHOTOS)

While the Lower Mainland could be set for some white stuff thanks to a wintery blast that’s set to hit parts of Metro Vancouver today, spare a thought for the people out in Whistler who are getting absolutely dumped on by Mother Nature right now.

That’s right; in weather news that will be music to the ears of winter sports enthusiasts, BC’s biggest resort is experiencing one hell of a snow day.

Locals woke up to a winter wonderland in the village this morning and with up to 15 cm of pow set to land over the next 24 hours, it’s shaping up to be an epic season!
