Despite there presently only being an unfinished structure at a West Vancouver address, it’s listed for nearly $13 million, and it sounds like there’s some serious interest in it, according to a realtor.
2345 Kadlec Crt. was recently listed for $12,800,000.

According to BC Assessment’s most recent valuation of the property, the land is valued at $6,612,000.
It was previously listed for closer to $15 million.

It also pointed out that the foreign buyer ban is lifted in January 2027, which could change a few things in the market. That is unless the government decides to extend it.
