West Vancouver home listed for less than 2023 sold price comes with odd Tesla gift

A recently listed West Vancouver home is asking for much less than it sold for just three years ago.
And according to the listing, it also comes with a gift that would only be suitable for Tesla drivers.
The West Vancouver property, which the listing calls a world-class luxury home located on the British Properties, was just listed for $12,880,000.
Zealty data shows that just three years ago, in April 2023, the same property was sold for $14,679,000 (down from the asking price of $15,888,000). The current asking price is close to the most recent BC Assessment figure of $11,843,000. A majority of that is building and not land value, which is not usually the case.
It may be an accurate assessment from the agency of the current housing market, which is seeing softer prices than we did in 2023.
Located at 815 King Georges Way, the West Vancouver home features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and 9,110 sq. ft. of space. The bougie home is relatively new, having been built in 2019, and it features some luxurious amenities, like its very own mini golf course.
There’s also a pool and a decently-sized media room with a big screen.

There’s even a heated driveway, according to the listing, and there are two waterfalls, which the listing states will bring “good fortune to the house.”
It also states that each bedroom has a balcony. There’s also an in-home gym and a marble wine cellar with temperature control.

If mini golf isn’t your thing, the staged pictures also show off a pool table in one of the rooms.

To add to the bougie amenities, the home’s kitchen is fitted with Italian cabinets, a wok kitchen, and a designer gallery sink. There’s even a zebra staircase.
Oddly, and something we haven’t seen offered in a home package before, the listing says that the home comes with a Tesla back-up battery.
The West Vancouver property features unobstructed views of Stanley Park, the ocean, and the mountains.
While we couldn’t spot them in the pictures, the listing states that the home also features Californian palm trees.
In July, according to Greater Vancouver Realtors, the benchmark price for a detached home reached $1,822,900, down a decent bit from June 2026, when the price was $1,842,900.
