Boujee West Vancouver home with karaoke room sold under asking price

A fancy West Vancouver home recently sold well under the asking price and assessed value despite some amazingly luxurious features.
Located in the British Properties, 735 St. Andrews Road features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a massive 8,292 sq ft of space. It sits on a gigantic lot featuring 21,324 sq ft.
The boujee home sold for $5,700,000 earlier this week, under the asking price of $6,247,000 and the assessed value of $6,364,000. Nonetheless, some of the rooms and features located in the massive home are a sight to behold.

Before this week’s sale, including the most recent listing, the home has been listed six times since 2022.

The highest it was listed for was in August 2022, when Royal LePage Sussex listed it for $8,555,000. In 2022, the home had an assessed value of $6,301,000.

After the most recent listing in October, the house was on the market for a couple of months before it finally found a buyer for nearly $550,000 under the asking price. The home features an elegant design that exudes luxury.

The property features views of Vancouver, Grouse Mountain and the water.

However, there are a couple of rooms that are unlike anything we’ve seen in a home, aside from that house with a bowling alley in it.
“No expense was spared in the lavish construction of this grand and gated estate,” says the listing. And they weren’t lying. The listing states that the home features a media room, a ballroom, and a temperature-controlled wine room.

Perhaps the most eye-catching part of this home is the neon-laden karaoke room that looks like it can accommodate quite a few people.
