West Coast harvest dinners are a real thing and there's one happening in Gastown

For one night only, on Wednesday, February 21 you can go along to the restaurant and experience the wonderful flavours of a West Coast harvest dinner that’s set you wow you through – wait for it – five courses.

Mingle with restaurant chefs and fellow curious diners in a whimsical atmosphere. Oh, and you don’t need to be a foodie to enjoy each bite. In fact, if you’re not it could open your world up to a whole new array of flavours.

The evening kicks off with an Antipasti Board loaded with a grilled marinated vegetable medley, truffled arancini, rosemary aioli, and more. As the evening extends you’ll be treated to a game-changing salad, Pan-seared Scallops with pickled beet puree and balsamic, and Crispy Pork Belly.

Finish off the night with a decadent cake made with maple bacon chocolate bark. Seriously, if that’s not innovative fusion food, then we don’t know what is.

Don’t worry, your thirst will be satisfied for the evening with a selection of beers from Russell Brewing Co. that compliment each dish ridiculously well; Black IPA, Czech Pilsner, and Scotch Ale, to name a few.
