VPD arrest man in connection with 2017 fatal stabbing on Commercial Drive

After 33-year-old Joseph Jandrew died as a result of being stabbed on Commercial Drive in October of last year, Vancouver Police (VPD) announced that an arrest has now been made in connection with the homicide.
Jandrew was found on Commercial Drive, suffering from stab wounds on October 12, around 9:30 pm.
He was rushed to hospital, but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
Now, 47-year-old Ranjit Sangha has been arrested in connection with the incident and charged with second-degree murder.
Police said the Surrey resident remains in police custody.
