Move over Tim Hortons, your doughnut breakfast sandwiches have some serious competition because Vancouver’s Virtuous Pie is offering vegan doughnut ice cream sandwiches for one day only on June 1.
That’s right, for National Doughnut Day the local plant-based pizza and ice cream purveyor has whipped up a treat worth skipping work for.

For $8, patrons can get a Dipped Doughnut Co. original glazed doughnut cut in half and stuffed with Virtuous Pie’s housemade vegan ice cream. Drooling yet?
