Victoria's Secret Arrives at YVR

Update via The Province: It will open Monday in a 795-square-foot location in the U.S. terminal. The VS at YVR will carry beauty and accessory products, including perfumes, bags, sunglasses and wallets. It will also have a “panty bar” containing 5,000 panties.

After months of rumours, Vancouver will finally get it’s first Victoria’s Secret location. According to Catherine Barr (@CatherineBarr), the store will be opening up at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) at the end of this month . Don’t expect this to be a full blown store, it will most likely be their travel concept, similar to the one they have at JFK airport in New York.

This is Vancouver’s first of what I’ve been told of three reported locations.One, according to my sources at Cadillac Fairview, will be opening up at Pacific Centre real soon, take that for what it’s worth. There is a third location in the works, no idea where, but if I were to guess it would be either Oakridge or Metrotown. Don’t expect to to see that one pop up anytime soon.
