There’s a new destination for vegan food in Vancouver – the Vegan Cave.

Located at 415 Abbott Street, the former location of Stretch Roman Pizza Co., the new plant-based eatery quietly opened this fall, and it offers patrons a selection of plant-based pizzas, salads, soups, and desserts.

The Vegan Cave is brought to us by the folks behind Caveman Cafe, and the new sister restaurants has a menu they describe as “mouth-watering goodness.”

Expect eats like pizza made with homemade crust and handcrafted ‘cheese’ in around eight varieties including the Eposito made with a tomato base, cashew mozzarella, and fresh basil, and the Freaky Greeky, a combo of cashew feta, garlic, tomato, olives, red onion, oregano, pesto base, and walnuts.
