While it may be a popular draw for both residents and visitors during the daytime, VanDusen Botanical Garden is hosting an after-dark, Halloween-themed event this month, and is inviting everyone to check it out.
Known as VanDusen Glow in the Garden, the event invites guests to the whimsical garden and light show.
“The old barred owl has played a Halloween trick by casting a ‘hootenanny’ spell,” reads a statement. “Take a journey through the garden and help Anna the hummingbird and her friends lift the spell by collecting Halloween treats along the way.”

The walk will be filled with a variety of lights, sounds, and zany illuminated pumpkin caricatures.

There will also be tasty treats, crafts, food vendors, and a scavenger hunt.
