Check out the Flintstones ad pitching smokes back in the day, a sharp contrast to what you see today. Back then smoking was glamourous and obviously advertised to children. Nowadays smokers are shunned by society and Vancouver has been in the forefront of this crusade against smokers.
I don’t mind smokers, people are free to do as they choose, just be respectful of those around you m’kay. Further, according to the City of Vancouver a smoking ban in Vancouver parks, beaches etc… More on this as it develops.
