3 Vancouver shows that will have you laughing your way into 2020

What a year it’s been, and what a year it’s going to be starting on January 1.

If you’re looking for a way to kick off the fun and keep it going from one year to the next, we’ve got the place to go: Vancouver TheatreSports (VTS). The improv comedy experts are hosting not one, not two, but three shows that you’ll want to attend to kick off the new year.

The first takes a look back at the past 12 months with 2019 Year in Review. Running from December 26 to 31, it will have you reminiscing and laughing out loud over what happened in 2019.

VTS’ improvisers will take the headlines of soon-to-be yesteryear and build them out based on audience suggestions and participation. Then, the players will tackle each one head-on. Only interested in watching? No problem; you won’t be pulled on stage if you don’t want to be!

Next up, laugh your way into the new year with New Year’s Eve 2019, taking place on December 31. VTS’ New Year’s Eve show has performances at 7:30, 9:30, and 11:15 pm. The 11:15 pm show even includes party favours and a complimentary glass of bubbly. Time and tickets go quickly when you’re having fun, so don’t miss this one.
