It came, it snowed, it conquered. With multiple weather warnings, and transit procedures being put into place, it wasn’t long before the heavy anticipation of a winter wallop gave way to even heavier snowstorm across the Lower Mainland.
Schools were closed, transit was delayed, and arterial driving routes were all affected by the late visit from Old Man Winter.
Still, a proper snowfall in Vancouver is still considered an oddity, so it’s no surprise that amongst all the travel advisories, closures, and various headaches, people also took a moment to capture a shot of the white stuff in the region.
