Vancouver could see more snow fall this afternoon

Feb 22 2018, 3:12 am

It’s snow joke. This afternoon could be a flake-filled one for Vancouverites.

After hinting at the possibility earlier this week, it looks like snow flurries are indeed part of the forecast today, according to Environment Canada.

The white stuff isn’t about to waste any time either, as the flakes were forecasted to start falling around noon.

A total accumulation of between 2 and 4 cm is expected today, as temperatures will hover around -2°C.

Flurries could continue into the evening, before things finally clear off around midnight.

And if this seems like it’s just too much to bear, take heart: The sun will come out tomorrow.

That is, at least until Friday, when the white stuff is once again in the forecast.
