Vancouver Pride Society to release magazines ahead of Virtual Pride
The Vancouver Pride Society will be distributing the Van Pride Magazine ahead of this year’s online Pride festivities.
Moving away from the annual Pride Guide, the Van Pride Magazine is a full print publication that features poetry and short stories penned by several local authors and poets, including Adrienne Smith, Ashley Speed, D. Ann Williams, Danny Ramadan, Erin Krish, and Jaz. The magazine will also include a two-page pull out of the #VanVirtualEvent schedule.
The Van Pride Magazine aims to bring the spirit of Pride into the homes of Vancouverites beyond the virtual events.
Some copies will be available in locations such as Little Sister’s Book & Art Emporium, but VPS will also be delivering the magazine for free to anyone with a mailing address across Canada.
All you have to do is sign up online with your Canadian mailing address before July 17 to receive your copy of the first Van Pride Magazine.
