That suite, PH1, was sold last fall for $15 million, well below the asking price of $16,900,000. The original asking price was $21,900,000. It sold for higher than the assessed value.
PH2 has now been listed for $16,800,000. The most recent assessed value for the unit is $13,993,000.
Aside from its glass-bottom pool, there are other takeaways and selling points, including 5,800 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space, 270-degree views of Coal Harbour, Stanley Park, and the mountains, all spread across three levels accessible by the unit’s private glass elevator.

Unsurprisingly, properties at this price range haven’t necessarily been flying off the shelves, so to speak.

The other sale, a property located at 2878 Bellevue Ave., sold after numerous price drops, starting with an asking price of nearly $17 million, before it eventually sold six years after the first listing for $13.5 million.
