Bare it all at the No Pants SkyTrain Ride 2016

Dec 20 2017, 3:10 am

Ride the SkyTrain bare, for the price of a fare, at the No Pants SkyTrain Ride 2016.

Hosted by Vancouver Improv Anywhere (VIA), the 7th Annual No Pants SkyTrain Ride is a global event, with roots in New York City’s Improv Everywhere. The world famous comedy organization started the No Pants Subway Ride in 2002, now with dozens of events across the globe, and thousands of pantless commuters.

Over 400 people are expected to take part in this year’s event, so make sure to follow the rules. All you need is a backpack and a paid SkyTrain fare (using a Compass Card). As soon as the SkyTrain doors close, stand up, take your pants off, and put them in your backpack. If anyone asks what you’re doing, VIA suggests telling them you’re “getting uncomfortable,” or something similar. A full route will be posted by VIA closer to the event, so keep your eyes open.
